At SoftForm, we offer select items as preorders to allow for thoughtful production and limited, intentional releases.
Preordering helps us reduce overproduction while delivering high-quality studio essentials designed with care.
What Is a Preorder?
A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is ready to ship. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item from our upcoming production run.
Preorder items are charged at the time of purchase.
Preorder Shipping Timeline
Each preorder product includes an estimated shipping timeframe listed on its product page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly
• We will always communicate updates if timelines change
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple preorder items, all items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
At this time, we do not split shipments.
Cancellations & Changes
Because preorder items are produced in limited quantities:
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed
• Please review your order carefully before checkout
If you have an issue with your order, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons:
• Grip socks are final sale
Yoga mat towels may be returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
