Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after they are ready to ship.

For preorder items, processing begins once inventory arrives. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each product page.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

SoftForm is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please reach out and we will try our best to help you with your purchase. 

Grip Socks

For hygiene reasons, all grip sock sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yoga Mat Towels

Yoga mat towels may be returned if:
• The item is unused
• In original packaging
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are produced in limited quantities and are charged at the time of purchase.

Orders containing preorder items are not eligible for cancellation once placed.
